Ashley Alexandra Dupre has done it again! The call girl linked to Eliot Spitzer has sued for USD 10 million for the Girls Gone Wild videos.
Ms Ashley Alexandra Dupre claims that she was only 17 years old when she did film the videos. She was too young then, toget into any contracts when she filmed for the Girls Gone Wild Videos in Miami Beach.
Founder Joe Francis of Girls Gone Wild puportedly offered USD 1 million to Ashley Alexandra Dupre to appear in the video.
This offer was withdrawn after Mr Francis realised that his company already has footage of Ashley Alexandra Dupre in the 2003 videos.
Ashley Alexandra Dupre’s lawyer warns that she was only 17 and not 18 ; thus the contract if any, was not legally binding.
