About “Fat Loss” - 10 Things to Avoid
Fat Loss dieting is not always easy. In fact, it can prove a tough challenge for each individual. So here’s a short guide to avoiding things that could make you lose control during your meals. Avoid them totally if you wish to succeed in Fat Loss.
1. Don’t hurry into the toughest Fat Loss diet you can discover.
This is a normal mistake. Many people decide suddenly to follow a super-strict Fat Loss diet and fail. Don’t jump into a Fat Loss diet that may be too rigorous for you. If you don’t have any dieting experience and are not 100 percent sure you can stay with the diet, then choose something else.
2. Don’t ignore the truth.
You can’t realistically expect things to happen immediately. When choosing your Fat Loss goal, start small, but be prepared to go far. If you hear someone saying that she lost a number of pounds in a short time, don’t make it your goal to follow his performance. Fat Loss diet results are different from one individual to another.
3. Don’t go to the gym too often
Another common error is to use the zest of the first days to hit the gym every day. This won’t help you at all. Your body needs time to heal and expand the muscle mass after each training and going to the gym every day interferes with this recovery process. Besides, a week of non-stop training could never Lose Fat from ten or twenty years of couch potato lifestyle.
4. Don’t get hard on calories.
We all understand that reducing calories intake is one of the building blocks of all diets, but you must be careful about it. Cut down too much on your calories intake and your body will eventually store more of it at the end of the day. This is not a good way to Lose Fat.
5. Don’t skip meals.
Some think that skipping one or two meals could help them Lose Fat faster. They don’t understand that Fat Loss dieting is all about having the right amount of nutrition and not starving yourself.
6. Don’t check the weighing scales too much.
Everybody is excited to see results of his or her efforts with lost pounds, but you should not let this drive you to take your weight everyday. The daily fluctuations of your weight will soon have you disappointed and ready to quit Fat Loss dieting. And this is something you do not want.
7. Don’t let emotions drive you.
Beside eagerness that drives us to check our weight every day, there are various emotions that influence dieting. If you know you’re used to reaching out for ice-cream or snacks when you are bored, frustrated or angry, then you should manage these issues and not allow them to come between you and your Fat Loss goals.
8. Don’t refuse to seek support.
Not everyone was born with iron will and nerves of steel. If you need guidance or help, don’t hesitate to ask it from your friends or from professionals. Don’t try to answer all problems by yourself.
9. Don’t deny yourself of your favorite foods.
Treats can help to develope your willpower and determination. Fat Loss diets are just managing eating habits, not prisons. So what if you eat something forbidden once a while, especially if that food is a favorite of yours? If such treats are not frequent, then they will be no difference in the long run.
10. Don’t rely on your willpower by oneself.
If you wish to know how much you eat, then plan and analyze the list for things that should not be there. Sometimes hunger creeps up on you and make you eat something you shouldn’t. Be honest with yourself and stick with your Fat loss Goal.

“Fat Loss” Facts:
Low Fat Foods DON’T WORK.
You cannot lose Fat using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to Fat Loss.
Low Calorie Diets DON’T WORK.
You won’t achieve Fat Loss using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body’s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of Fat Loss (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt — known as a dieting plateau). You can never Lose Fat and get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans DON’T WORK.
You’ll probably find it extremely difficult to Lose Fat and get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.
What about Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig Dieting Plans?
Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3 pounds of FAt Loss per week. Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program. While some people may like these types of dietary programs, we prefer a dieting plan which focuses on faster weight loss, such as the Accelerated Fat Burning Program shown below…
