Different Diet Comparisons - “Calorie Shifting”
The one thing that people want to know when they want to go on diet is which method is the best. Although everyone is different, we all share the same goal: a diet that can make us thin Fast. We are constantly looking for a miracle pill or eating habits that makes fat go away and never return. That’s the second part of the big wish: how to make sure that all the weight lost through dieting stays lost permanently.
The various diets published in magazines and on the Internet makes people confused
And there is a LOT of diets out there. Here, we will only discuss the best-known diets, since a review of all the diets floating around the industry would be beyond the scope of this article.
1. Atkins diet
Let’s start with one of the latest fads of the dieting world: the Atkins Diet. Everyone should have heard of the Atkins diet, due to the flood of articles praising the extraordinary results, not to mention the loads of good post from satisfied customers. The best thing with this diet is that it lets you eat high fat dairy products like cheese and butter. However, the Atkins diet has a made people question the increased risk of heart diseases, not to mention the proved fact that larger number of followers complain of diarrhea, weakness, muscle cramps and rashes. The debate over the scientific fundamentals of this diet is still raging.
2. Zone Diet
Next is the Zone diet; another well-known eating plan. This diet is started by Barry Sears and it’s all about eating the right mix of foods in order to achieve the proper hormonal balance. This state of balance, which is called the “Zone”, lets the body take in calories and use them through the day without putting anything aside as fat. Unfortunately, this diet discriminates some foods without any scientific basis. Starchy vegetables, whole grains and beans are banned, even if these foods are not in conflict with the principles of the diet. The American Heart Association says the Zone diet lacks essential nutrients while promoting high-protein foods.
3. Jenny Craig Diet
The Jenny Craig diet is next on the list. One of the longest running diets, Jenny Craig started this subject in the early 1980s and it’s still around. The basic idea of this diet is a trade off: you don’t require to choose recipes, do the shopping and the cooking, but you have to buy the Jenny Craig prepackaged food. And that runs to some $100 per week. Plus the membership costs. Plus the vegetables and fruits which are not included in the prepackaged food. If you can afford it and if you can stick to it, the diet is pretty good. However, similar low-calorie foods can be bought at the grocery store and you don’t keep to discuss this with a Jenny Craig expert that insists on your eating the prepackaged food because he gets a percentage of the sale .
4. South Beach diet
From sunny Florida comes the South Beach diet. This one has the precise idea and wrong approach combination. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of people have managed to lose weight with this diet and it actually works. But the question is: is it sustainable long term? The first step of the diet will eliminate most foods containing carbohydrates from your consumption. Fortunately, this phase lasts two weeks. However, following phase focuses on a half-hearted return of whole grains and fruits and lasts as long as necessary. If reaching the desired weight takes you one year, then that’s exactly how long this phase is going to last. And if you don’t like the foods allowed by this diet then you’re out of luck. There are no alternatives.
5. Weight Watchers Diet
A veteran dieting program that has been around for some time is Weight Watchers. This is actually one of the good diets because it puts all the management in the hands of the user. If you are really committed to losing weight, you have all the information you need to do it. And a lot of people who are going through the same diet program are going to be there to help you. If having company during difficult times helps your willpower, then you are probably going to lose all that extra weight. If, on the other hand, you don’t like the idea of being constantly under peer pressure, then this diet is not for you.
6. Calorie Shifting Diet
This is a new concept in dieting. Calorie Shifting is one of the latest and best method that is sustainable, without putting the user in great risk.It basically uses the most advanced dieting and fat burning technique. It teaches individual how rotating and shifting your Protein and Carbs intake will in turn increases your fat burning metabolism. Further to this, you do not even need to go on strenuous exercising to loose weight. You may still continue eating your favorite food, 4-6 small meals everyday.
As you can see from this short review, there are a lot of diets out there, dozens more than we’ve been able to cover here. The best thing to do when selecting a diet is to do as much research about it as you can. See what people who tried it to say. Then see what doctors and dietitians have to say about it. Between those singing praises and those trying to prove the diet wrong you can probably get the truth yourself. Still, pay special notice to what the doctors have to say. If they tell you a certain diet may put your body to risk then think twice before starting it.

About Fat Loss - 10 Things to Avoid

About “Fat Loss” - 10 Things to Avoid
Fat Loss dieting is not always easy. In fact, it can prove a tough challenge for each individual. So here’s a short guide to avoiding things that could make you lose control during your meals. Avoid them totally if you wish to succeed in Fat Loss.
1. Don’t hurry into the toughest Fat Loss diet you can discover.
This is a normal mistake. Many people decide suddenly to follow a super-strict Fat Loss diet and fail. Don’t jump into a Fat Loss diet that may be too rigorous for you. If you don’t have any dieting experience and are not 100 percent sure you can stay with the diet, then choose something else.
2. Don’t ignore the truth.
You can’t realistically expect things to happen immediately. When choosing your Fat Loss goal, start small, but be prepared to go far. If you hear someone saying that she lost a number of pounds in a short time, don’t make it your goal to follow his performance. Fat Loss diet results are different from one individual to another.
3. Don’t go to the gym too often
Another common error is to use the zest of the first days to hit the gym every day. This won’t help you at all. Your body needs time to heal and expand the muscle mass after each training and going to the gym every day interferes with this recovery process. Besides, a week of non-stop training could never Lose Fat from ten or twenty years of couch potato lifestyle.
4. Don’t get hard on calories.
We all understand that reducing calories intake is one of the building blocks of all diets, but you must be careful about it. Cut down too much on your calories intake and your body will eventually store more of it at the end of the day. This is not a good way to Lose Fat.
5. Don’t skip meals.
Some think that skipping one or two meals could help them Lose Fat faster. They don’t understand that Fat Loss dieting is all about having the right amount of nutrition and not starving yourself.
6. Don’t check the weighing scales too much.
Everybody is excited to see results of his or her efforts with lost pounds, but you should not let this drive you to take your weight everyday. The daily fluctuations of your weight will soon have you disappointed and ready to quit Fat Loss dieting. And this is something you do not want.
7. Don’t let emotions drive you.
Beside eagerness that drives us to check our weight every day, there are various emotions that influence dieting. If you know you’re used to reaching out for ice-cream or snacks when you are bored, frustrated or angry, then you should manage these issues and not allow them to come between you and your Fat Loss goals.
8. Don’t refuse to seek support.
Not everyone was born with iron will and nerves of steel. If you need guidance or help, don’t hesitate to ask it from your friends or from professionals. Don’t try to answer all problems by yourself.
9. Don’t deny yourself of your favorite foods.
Treats can help to develope your willpower and determination. Fat Loss diets are just managing eating habits, not prisons. So what if you eat something forbidden once a while, especially if that food is a favorite of yours? If such treats are not frequent, then they will be no difference in the long run.
10. Don’t rely on your willpower by oneself.
If you wish to know how much you eat, then plan and analyze the list for things that should not be there. Sometimes hunger creeps up on you and make you eat something you shouldn’t. Be honest with yourself and stick with your Fat loss Goal.

Fat Loss For Idiots

“Fat Loss” Facts:
Low Fat Foods DON’T WORK.
You cannot lose Fat using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to Fat Loss.
Low Calorie Diets DON’T WORK.
You won’t achieve Fat Loss using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body’s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of Fat Loss (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt — known as a dieting plateau). You can never Lose Fat and get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans DON’T WORK.
You’ll probably find it extremely difficult to Lose Fat and get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.
What about Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig Dieting Plans?
Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3 pounds of FAt Loss per week. Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program. While some people may like these types of dietary programs, we prefer a dieting plan which focuses on faster weight loss, such as the Accelerated Fat Burning Program shown below…

Lady Doc Gets Death Threats for Revealing TOP SECRET Fat Loss Secret to General Public
February 15, 2008 | Leave a Comment
“Top Secret Fat Loss Secret”
A new breakthrough secret in Fat Loss is all you now need in order to forever shed countless pounds, stay healthy, and add many years to your life!
A lady doctor from Arizona, Dr Suzanne Gudakunst, has blown the lid off the best-kept secret in Fat Loss ever discovered — and this has the whole diet food and drug industries turned upside down and in nothing less than a torrential uproar.
Dr Suzanne Gudakunst, is the one and she’s marching to the beat of a different drum.
And no, nothing about her “secret” is difficult — nor does it require that you do something completely out of the ordinary or anything unnatural.
Instead, the Arizonian boasts proudly “…this is something that I caught onto just before 2002 when there was so much research and exploration going around concerning the human colon and digestive system working in harmony with nutritional absorption, and I started doing independent studies just to test things at first … but which I later expanded on after seeing some fantastic results.”
This same woman medical practitioner went on to accurately determine a definitive correlation between harmful plague and parasitic infestations of the human bowel tract, and people suffering chronic obesity — and who despite intense diet and exercise appeared to be unable to lose any weight whatsoever.
Over the course of six years the Arizona doctor, Dr Suzanne Gudakunst, developed a number of natural treatments for the removal of these same harmful, even life-threatening plaques and rapidly reproducing digestive parasites — and when applied to even worse-case patients suffering extreme obesity (98% of which were in immediate danger of dying) she saw a 100% effectiveness and success rate.
She then borrowed from her research on the severely obese, and applied the same strategies on milder cases of overweight persons — only to find the same effectiveness and quality results as described above (although the individual Fat Loss per subject wasn’t nearly as much as those obese patients 100 lbs to 200 lbs or more overweight).
So powerful is her secret that she’s able to reverse diabetes, rid illness altogether in people suffering from cancer (linked directly to poor diet and overweight factors), as well as an elimination of an entire spectrum of serious and otherwise life-threatening diseases.
Nearly 100% of all her case subjects were told in the alternative by “conventional doctors” that they either had just months or years to live, or they would never live a life anything resembling remotely a “normal” existence — yet after applying Dr Suzanne Gudakunst treatments, saw a complete contradiction to other doctors’ prognoses.
Again, nothing about her Fat Loss Secret is unnatural or requires someone to do any major action or modification in their lives.
In fact, her entire treatment is based completely on built-into-nature ‘protection agents’ scattered throughout the world in the form of select herbs, extracts, and organic constituents, and which can be found in a variety of plants — but when combined in specific combinations and carefully chosen amounts make for a solution to what is perhaps the world’s worst ever plague: OBESITY (and the illnesses and diseases resulting from it — or at least severely aggravated or exacerbated by it).
Now to everyone else’s great gain, whether suffering from just a few extra pounds and inches, to those extremely fat and overweight, this brave, bold lady doctor is releasing to the general public her secret for forever destroying the tight unrelenting closed-fist of obesity’s stronghold over the now more than 40% of Americans labeled obese, and others worldwide.
But she’s not promising any of us for how long.
Some experts and sociologists suggest that in the bigger scheme of things, the world will never tolerate a discovery of such magnitude, any more than it would be realistic to expect a car that runs on water (even if very real) to ever become commercially available to the general public for day-to-day use.
One well-respected and famous Fat Loss diet & wellness author wrote years ago that if anyone ever “truly unlocked the keys to permanent Fat Loss, they may actually suffer the same fate as JFK.”
It is currently available at:

Low Fat Low Carb Diet to Loose Weight?

About “Low Fat Low Carb Diet”
Have you tried going on a Low Fat diet?
Or a Low Carb diet?
When we are young, we are told that fat is bad for us. Most of us are taught form childhood that we should not overeat and get fat. It is all that we hear about even these days. As we grow up, we are more worried about calories than fat. We have heard about the low fat and low carb myths. By the way, Carb is the short for carbohydrates. In fact you should be worried about both. We must have a healthy diet and not just consume any junk food. You should be getting your calories from foods that are good for you. Have you tried going on a low fat low carb diet? Some belief consuming fats is the real reason why people are over weight. However i belief that Carbs is the real culprit. Are these the 2 evils in our food supply? How many people in the world eat bread? Everyone of us eat some kind of bread.
Bread for some people is their staple meal. In the olden times, women spend their day making bread. In some countries, people eat pasta and pizzas. Asians eat rice and noodles everyday. The Irish have their potatoes daily too. These are all carbs.
Many people consume carb each and everyday. I eat so much bread and other carbs that I don’t know what I would do without them. Adding a spare tire around my waste line. Have you ever tried going on a low carb or no carb diet? Do you feel a little week very soon? I am not saying carb is totally bad. I mean, fat has its problems too. You eat too much of it, you are getting yourself ready for a heart attack. Your body is not able to handle so much of it. We have all seen young men getting heart attacks at a young age. So, at least that tells us that fat is bad.
Not all fats are good, though some are good and some may be bad. There are different kinds of fat. Some items that are lower in saturated fat, examples are the meats and cheeses. They don’t have as much fat as other items. On the other hand, you have items that are more saturated than meats and cheese. These items include, donuts, french fries, potato chips.
They are what you need to stay away from. These are high in calories or cholesterols and will clog your arteries. I hate to say it, but the good stuff in life has its risks. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t ever eat these items, but have them if you must, in moderation. This is the secret in a healthy diet. Don’t have them every day, but once per week. Don’t munch on a whole bag of chips. Instead, get a small bag that is enough for one or two servings. By doing this, you will not be tempted to finish the whole bag.
Oils such as olive oil are low in saturated fats. You should use these when ever you can. However, you should only use a little of oil. By investing in a non stick cookware, you will use less oil while cooking, benefiting in many ways . If you get a good cookware, you may not have to use any oil at all. I think that you should watch your caloric intake as well as your fat. I would say that they should go hand in hand. I would pay close attention to how much carb you are eating each day. They are a good source of energy, but you will feel burnt out if you have too much of it. I think you know what I am talking about. You feel like you need a nap all the time.
Health risks are alway associated with a high fat diet. The risk of diabetes and heart disease is high. They will also induce cancer problems if not controlled properly. Another problem associating with high fat diet is skin problem. It does not give you a good skin complexion.
Please do not think that you should cut out all of the fat in your diet. You can have some fat in moderation, but just don’t go licking a block of lard as a refreshing snack on a hot summer day.

“Fat Loss” Secrets
Do you have problems with fat loss?
Here are a few tips you must know for Fat Loss :
The first thing you need to know about Fat Loss is that you need to BURN fat. You can Burn fat by using up more calories than you consume. If you consume more calories than your body uses within the day, your body will store the additional calories as body fat. Reduce your calorie intake in order to avoid a build up of body fat. Otherwise, increase your daily activity levels will also help - however conducting both of them will have the best effect on Fat Loss.
The greater the amount of calories you burn off, the more fat you will lose. Here are a few tips to a fast and effective fat loss:
1. Increase your metabolism— Regular exercises increase metabolism. If you have an active lifestyle, you will enhance your metabolism and lose weight.
2. Metabolism controls your weight, this is true. We can control and adjust our metabolisms and thus control our weight. Exercising does increase our metabolism. We can have a quick metabolism and lose weight by simply engaging in a more active lifestyle. This method may not be as easy for some, due to a busy and hetic work day but it is possible to achieve if you have a strong desire to shed your fat.
3. Have a healthy balanced diet— Having a variety of foods,is important. Take plenty of vegetables, fruits, and whole grain products. Also include low-fat dairy products, lean meats, poultry, fish, and legumes. You must also drink a lot of water throughout the day. Many professionals recommend at least 8-10 glasses per day. Try to reduce your intake on salt, sugar, alcohol, and saturated fat. Eating the Right Fats, without over doing it can actually make you leaner. Avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup, used in almost every sweetened product on the market today.
4. Get plenty of rest and sleep— Sleep and other lifestyle patterns can help or hinder the rate at which we metabolize foods. An active lifestyle should lead eventually to being able to exercise to exhaustion; this in turn should keep your metabolism quick and your fat content low. If you get just one or two hours less sleep than you need on a given night, your cortisol levels could be substantially higher, which again can lead to muscle loss and fat gain.
Be strong mentally—Try not to be obsessed by your weight. Everyone has a bad day. Do not punish yourself. Try to lose any guilt feelings towards the mistakes you have done. Instead, just move on, start again and enjoy life as it comes.
Hello world!
